Our Process

The Signature 8-Step Journey

We don't guess with your health. We test. Every new patient follows our proven 8-step process — from the first phone call to long-term wellness. Here's exactly what to expect.

Step 1

Discovery Call

Steps 2–3

Scans & X-Rays

Steps 4–5

Plan & First Adjustment

Steps 6–8

Progress & Wellness

01

Discovery Call

15 minutes

Before you ever set foot in the office, we want to hear your story. A member of our team will call you to understand your health history, current concerns, and goals. This isn't a sales call — it's a conversation to make sure we're the right fit and that you feel comfortable before your first visit.

What to Expect:

  • A friendly, no-pressure conversation about your health
  • We'll answer your questions about our approach
  • You'll know exactly what to expect on day one
02

CLA INSiGHT Nervous System Scan

Day 1 — 20 minutes

On your first visit, we start with a comprehensive nervous system evaluation using CLA INSiGHT technology. This NASA-published technology uses three non-invasive scans — Surface EMG, Thermal Scan, and Heart Rate Variability — to objectively measure how your nervous system is functioning. No guesswork. Just data.

What to Expect:

  • Surface EMG measures muscle tension patterns from nerve interference
  • Thermal scan detects inflammation along the spine
  • Heart Rate Variability measures your body's stress adaptation
  • Completely painless — takes about 10 minutes
03

Digital X-Rays

Day 1 — 10 minutes

When clinically indicated, we take targeted digital x-rays to see exactly what's happening structurally in your spine. This allows us to identify misalignments, degeneration, and other structural issues that are invisible to the naked eye. We don't adjust what we can't see — precision matters.

What to Expect:

  • Modern digital imaging with minimal radiation exposure
  • Targeted views based on your specific concerns
  • Taken only when clinically necessary
  • Results are reviewed with you at your Report of Findings
04

Report of Findings & Custom Care Plan

Day 2 — 30–45 minutes

This is the visit that changes everything. You'll sit down with the doctor and review your scan results, x-rays, and examination findings in detail. You'll see exactly where the problems are, how long they've likely been developing, and — most importantly — what it will take to correct them. You'll leave with a clear, customized plan and a timeline.

What to Expect:

  • Full review of your CLA INSiGHT scan results with visual breakdowns
  • X-ray review showing structural findings
  • An honest assessment — including whether we can help
  • A clear care plan with frequency, duration, and financial options
05

First Adjustment

Day 2 — 15 minutes

Once you've reviewed your plan and decided to move forward, you'll receive your first adjustment using the Torque Release Technique. There's no twisting, cracking, or popping. We use a handheld instrument called the Integrator to deliver precise, gentle corrections to the specific segments causing nervous system interference.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle, instrument-assisted adjustment — no cracking or popping
  • Specific corrections based on your scan and x-ray findings
  • Most patients feel lighter and more relaxed immediately
  • Takes about 5–10 minutes
06

Progress Check

Ongoing — every 12 visits

We don't just adjust you and hope for the best. At regular intervals throughout your care plan, we check your progress with re-examinations and functional assessments. This ensures your spine is responding to care and allows us to modify your plan as needed. You'll always know exactly where you stand.

What to Expect:

  • Postural and functional reassessments
  • Discussion of symptom changes and overall improvements
  • Care plan adjustments based on your response
  • No surprises — you're always informed about your progress
07

Re-Scan

At key milestones — 10 minutes

At key milestones in your corrective care plan, we run a full CLA INSiGHT re-scan to objectively measure how your nervous system has changed. These before-and-after comparisons are often the most powerful part of the journey — patients can see the measurable improvement in their own nervous system function.

What to Expect:

  • Same three scans as your initial visit for direct comparison
  • Side-by-side visual comparison of your results
  • Objective proof of neurological improvement
  • Used to determine next phase of care
08

Wellness Maintenance

Ongoing — 1–2x per month

Once your spine has been corrected and stabilized, you transition to wellness maintenance care. Just like you get your teeth cleaned to prevent cavities, maintenance adjustments keep your nervous system clear and your spine aligned. Most families continue with one to two visits per month to maintain their results and stay proactive about their health.

What to Expect:

  • Reduced frequency — typically 1–2 visits per month
  • Periodic scans to ensure you're maintaining your correction
  • Proactive care to prevent future problems
  • Many families make it part of their monthly health routine

Why Our Process Works

Built on Data, Not Guesswork

Most chiropractic offices work like this: you walk in, tell them where it hurts, they adjust you, and you leave. No scans. No x-rays. No clear plan. No way to measure if anything is actually changing.

Our process is designed to eliminate uncertainty. Before we touch your spine, we know exactly what's happening — structurally and neurologically. Your care plan is built on objective data, not subjective pain descriptions. And at every milestone, we re-test to prove your results.

This is why our patients don't just feel better — they see the evidence. They watch their scans improve. They see their posture change on x-ray. They have proof that their nervous system is functioning at a higher level than when they started.
