What happens when you send someone
We call them within one business day
Usually the same day. You'll know it landed because we'll tell you.
You hear back on what we found
A short note after the evaluation — what we saw, what we're doing, whether it's a fit. No chasing.
They stay your patient
We work alongside the care they already have. If it isn't something we can help with, we say so and send them back.
What we tend to see
- Peripheral neuropathy — burning, numbness and balance loss, including patients still without a diagnosis
- Chronic low back and neck pain that hasn't responded to conservative care
- Disc-related pain considered for decompression
- Pregnancy-related pelvic and low back pain, and postpartum recovery
- Pelvic floor concerns — including patients reluctant to start with an internal exam
- Paediatric concerns: colic, reflux, latch and torticollis, through Little Roots
We don't pay for referrals and we won't ask you to take anything in return — that arrangement isn't legal in our setting and we wouldn't want it anyway. What you get is a colleague who looks after the person you sent and tells you honestly how it went.
