What It Is

How Family Wellness Works

Family wellness care is about keeping everyone in your household functioning at their best — not waiting for pain to force an appointment. Modern life puts daily stress on the nervous system through screens, desks, poor sleep, and emotional load. Regular chiropractic care helps your body shift out of a stressed state and into a healing state.

Our wellness maintenance plans are designed for patients who have completed corrective care and want to preserve their results, as well as families who are starting proactively. We see patients of every age — from newborns to grandparents — and many families schedule appointments together so everyone can be seen in one visit.

Care plans are flexible. Most wellness patients visit once or twice a month. Think of it like regular dental cleanings — ongoing maintenance to protect the work that has been done and catch new issues before they become problems.

Research-Backed Benefits

What Family Wellness Supports

Posture Correction

Modern life takes a toll on posture — screens, desks, and daily stress create structural patterns that compound over time. We identify and correct postural imbalances before they become chronic problems.

Stress Relief

Your nervous system's ability to handle stress directly impacts your sleep, energy, immune function, and mood. Regular chiropractic care helps your body shift from a stressed state to a healing state.

Immune Support

Your nervous system and immune system are deeply connected. When spinal misalignments interfere with nerve communication, immune function can be compromised. Correcting those interferences supports your body's natural defenses.

Wellness Maintenance

After your corrective phase is complete, maintenance care keeps your nervous system clear and your spine healthy — typically one to two visits per month. Prevention is always easier than correction.

What to Expect

Your Family Wellness Experience

01

Family Evaluation

We start with a thorough evaluation for each family member. CLA INSiGHT nerve scans are gentle enough for newborns and give us objective data on every person in your household.

02

Personalized Plans

Every family member gets a plan tailored to their age, activity level, and specific concerns. Kids usually have shorter plans; adults with long-standing issues may need more frequent visits initially.

03

Regular Visits

Most wellness patients schedule one or two visits per month. Families often book appointments together so everyone comes in on the same day.

04

Annual Re-Evaluation

At least once a year, we re-scan and re-evaluate so we can catch any new patterns early and adjust your plan.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. We see patients of all ages — from newborns to grandparents. Many families schedule their appointments together so everyone can be seen in one visit. For pediatric and prenatal care specifically, our Little Roots wing provides specialized, gentle care designed for infants, children, and expecting mothers.

After completing the corrective phase of care (typically three to six months), patients transition to a wellness maintenance schedule. This usually means one to two visits per month to maintain spinal alignment, keep the nervous system functioning well, and catch any new issues before they become problems.

No. Many of our patients start care proactively — they want to optimize their nervous system function, improve their posture, manage stress better, and invest in long-term health. You do not need to be in pain to benefit from chiropractic care.

Most major insurance plans provide some level of coverage for chiropractic care. Our team will verify your benefits before your first visit and explain exactly what is covered. For patients without insurance or with limited coverage, we offer affordable payment plans.
