Your Walkthrough
From Walk-In to Walk-Out
Comprehensive Exam First
Before any session, Dr. Logan reviews your health history and goals. Pelvic floor therapy only gets recommended if it's a fit for your specific situation — and we rule out contraindications like pacemakers or metal implants.
Fully Clothed. Always.
No undressing, no gowns, no probes. You stay in whatever you walked in wearing. The magnetic field penetrates straight through clothing without any skin contact.
Sit in the Chair
The device is a specialized chair with a magnetic coil built into the seat. You simply sit down and get comfortable — it's that casual.
28 Minutes of Contractions
The device cycles through supramaximal contractions automatically. You'll feel a rhythmic pulsing sensation. Some patients read, some close their eyes, some chat with staff.
No Soreness, No Downtime
Walk out and go about your day. Most patients feel a mild 'worked-out' sensation in the core, similar to the day after a good ab routine. No downtime, no side effects.
Integrated Into Your Care
Pelvic floor therapy gets paired with chiropractic, core work, and nutrition coaching so the muscles you just strengthened have a reason to stay strong.
Common Questions
Before Your First Session
Yes. The device delivers approximately 1,000 supramaximal contractions per minute across a 28-minute session. That's roughly 28,000 contractions per session — more than most people perform voluntarily in a year of kegels.
No. While pelvic floor rejuvenation is highly effective for postpartum recovery, it is designed for a much broader population. Men, women, and seniors all benefit from pelvic floor strengthening. Conditions like urinary incontinence, core weakness, and diastasis recti are common across all age groups and genders.
No. You remain fully clothed throughout the entire session. You simply sit in a specialized chair while the functional magnetic stimulation technology works through your clothing. There is nothing invasive, nothing uncomfortable, and no preparation required.
No. Most patients describe it as a 'rhythmic pulsing' or 'tapping' sensation. It's not painful and you can adjust the intensity throughout the session. If anything feels off, we turn it down.
A standard course is 6–8 sessions over 3–4 weeks. Dr. Logan will build a specific plan based on your exam findings and goals. Maintenance sessions after the initial course are optional.
Pregnant patients, people with pacemakers or metal implants in the care area, and patients with certain medical conditions are screened out during the comprehensive exam. That's one of the reasons we don't sell pelvic floor therapy as a walk-in service.
