What to Expect
Your Session, Step by Step
Plan for about 45 minutes in clinic for your first visit. Here's what to expect — from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. We recommend comfortable clothing that's easy to change out of, and compression pants or leggings afterwards for optimal benefits.
Your Walkthrough
The Full Experience
Complimentary Consultation First
Before anything else, our team reviews your health history, goals, and what you're hoping red light can support. Our specialists recommend red light only when it's a fit for your situation.
Your Private Room
You walk into a dedicated red light room — not a shared space, not an open sauna. It's your room for the full session.
Dress Down to Skin
Red light works best when the wavelengths reach your skin directly. You'll be provided privacy to change. Wear comfortable clothes you can get in and out of easily — and we recommend compression pants or leggings for afterwards, to support optimal benefits.
A 15-Minute Session
The panels deliver precise red and near-infrared wavelengths at therapeutic intensity. Your session is 15 minutes on the DAHLIA Pinnacle Bed. Plan for about 45 minutes total in clinic — check-in, setup, session, and a brief review after.
Feel the Warmth, Not the Burn
You'll feel gentle warmth on your skin. No UV rays, no burning, no discomfort. Most patients describe it as relaxing — like lying in warm sunshine without the harm.
Integrated Into a Personalized Plan
Red light can be integrated into a comprehensive plan with chiropractic, decompression, or other care — so the cellular support builds alongside structural care and your body has the conditions it needs to recover.
